Thierry Chatron, Elite Ride Leader; Training Camp Coordinator
Thierry Chatron brings his extensive experience as a cycling guide and his valuable competitive experience to Azur Vélo's staff. He began his lifelong racing career competing in road and cyclocross races as a child, and began to to do trail races and triathlons in his late twenties. Thierry boasts an impressive palmarès, winning the notoriously tough ultra-distance Altriman triathlon 3 times; a race that is considered one of the most difficult triathlons in the world! Thierry has also earned top twenty spots at the challenging Embrun triathlon 8 times.
This accomplished guide has numerous qualifications including the prestigious French "brevet d'état" certification, and is eager to show trip and training camp participants the best of our beautiful region while adapting to their individual cycling and training needs.

Kieran Page, Pro/Elite Ride Leader
Kieran is an experienced and accomplished cyclist originally from the United Kingdom. He has been cycling for over 20 years, 10 of which spanned a competitive career on the road and the track, where he amassed 11 British National titles, as well as winning Britain's first gold medal in the Youth Olympics and several European track medals.
Kieran is an experienced cycling guide with the prestigious French diplomas to certify his extensive training. Because he has been living in the region for years, Kieran knows the extraordinary roads of the Riviera and the mountains inside and out. He is bilingual, very familiar with the local culture, and eager to share the best of the Côte d'Azur with visiting cyclists!
Diana Panchyk, CEO and Founder; Cycling and Fitness Coach
A native New Yorker, Diana began racing in city parks as a teenager, and quickly moved up the ranks to the Junior Olympics of Cycling and
international racing. A lifelong athlete, she spent 14 years racing road and mountain bikes, making her way to the elite/pro women’s team Advil-Chapstick in 2005, and rode for the US Women's Cycling Development Program. She is a USA Cycling certified coach and currently competes in running races, duathlons and cyclosportive races.
A Francophile and frequent traveler, she has always been inspired and impressed by the culture of cycling in France and the breathtaking setting of the French Riviera. Azur Vélo is a product of this inspiration, offering cyclists a chance to experience professional treatment, support and guidance, while enjoying the treasure of the Côte d’Azur’s extraordinary roads.
Fred Lacadee, Elite Ride Leader
Fred has been a competitive cyclist for many years and is still a top racer in the region. In 2016, Fred won the French racing federation title of age group champion in the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region. It's no wonder because Fred regularly trains with world-class cyclists in the breathtaking area surrounding Monaco. He knows the entire region very well and is especially familiar with the beautiful roads and mountain passes between Nice and the Italian Riviera.
Fred brings his longtime love of cycling and his wealth of knowledge about training and competition to Azur Vélo. He is happy to accompany visitors of all levels as they discover the fantastic region for themselves.
Manon Testou, Elite Ride Leader
Manon is an accomplished athlete with an impressive palmarès including 5 victories in cyclosportive races for 2016, all with distances over 140km! She also competes in regional and national level road races for the French racing federation, and represented her region at Nationals this year. Before she started competing in cycling events, Manon was a triathlete specializing in long and mid-distance races and was vice-champion of France in her long distance age group category in 2013.
Manon speaks fluent English and knows the region perfectly since she lives in the area and clocks many hours of training on the beautiful roads of the Riviera and the nearby mountains every season. With over 17,000 km in her legs for 2106, she is in top shape and always thrilled to accompany cyclists and triathletes visiting the Côte d'Azur!
Jeanne Collonge, Pro Triathlete & Bespoke Training Camp Host
Jeanne is a highly accomplished professional triathlete with many impressive victories in her career (which is still going strong!!). She was the 2012 French National Champion of long distance, and in 2016, Jeanne won the long distance triathlons of Alpe d'Huez and Gérardmer and took second place at the Ironman of Wales. She also won the prestigious Embrunman triathlon in 2013, setting a course record when she won! She is faster than most men, and when she does a cyclosportive race for training, she finishes with guys who are among the top competitive cyclists.
Jeanne will be available as a special guest host for customized triathlon camps, and for private Ironman Nice recon rides. We recommend reserving early to take advantage of this unique opportunity, as Jeanne's number 1 priority is her own training and competition since she is still one of the top triathletes in the world!
