Monday, May 1: After a lovely breakfast of regional specialties, we’ll head out for our first ride, which will be light to moderate for all groups. You’ll be able to get acclimated on your bike while enjoying the spectacular scenery of the arrière pays grassois. We’ll stop for lunch and coffee during our ride before heading back in time to enjoy the afternoon at the villa or your hotel. Non-cycling participants are welcome to do a morning yoga session, followed by a trip to the seaside. Sunset yoga will be offered to the entire group. We’ll have dinner next door at the Michelin starred restaurant in the Hotel Bastide St Antoine.

Tuesday, May 2: This will be a longer day on the bike for everyone. The Moyen and Grand Parcours groups will ride part of the Ironman Nice course, which includes some great mountain passes like the Col de l’Ecre and the Col de Vence, while the Petit Parcours group will do a shorter ride to visit some of the medieval villages in the area. Morning yoga will be offered to non-cycling participants. We’ll have dinner at a local restaurant with regional specialties.
