Petits Parcours: Rides from 20-40 miles (30-65 km) with a focus on sightseeing; rolling terrain with no major difficulties
Moyens Parcours: Rides from 30-70 miles (50-115 km) with area mountain passes; skills sessions and individualized training
Grands Parcours: Rides from 50-90+ miles (80-145+ km) with area mountain passes; skills sessions and individualized training

Non-cycling friends, partners or spouses are welcome to join us for the trip! Daily yoga and meditation classes will be offered as well as other non-cycling activities including hikes, cooking classes, village visits and shopping.Cycling participants are encouraged to join us for restorative and yin evening yoga – a fantastic way to loosen up tight muscles and experience transformative deep relaxation, stress hormone reduction, profound sleep and faster recovery.To speed up recovery and keep everyone’s mind and body relaxed, all participants will benefit from a private massage session from our partners at Lior Massages.Personalize your trip by choosing the room in our beautiful villa or the adjacent

Location and Accommodations:

We will be staying in luxurious countryside accommodations just outside the charming and picturesque city of Grasse, otherwise known as the perfume capital of the world. Grasse is located right on the Ironman Nice race course, just a few miles away from Cannes and about 20 miles northwest of Nice International Airport.

Choose your room in our lovely 18th century villa, or stay right next door in the Bastide St. Antoine, a 5 star hotel with a 2 star Michelin restaurant.

Group breakfasts, yoga sessions and general pre and post ride gatherings will take place at the villa, nestled in a 3,700 acre olive tree garden (and yes, we have our very own olive oil!). Our retreat participants will enjoy relaxing by the outdoor heated pool and dining together on one of the beautiful outdoor patios. Yoga and meditation sessions will also be held outdoors, in the calm and relaxing setting of the olive tree grove.

Our Itinerary:

Sunday, April 30: After being transferred from the airport to your accommodations, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy some refreshments by the heated pool at our villa. Our mechanic will assist you in setting up your bike. We’ll have a late lunch and take a walk through Grasse before a session of evening yoga. We’ll have a convivial group dinner at the villa.

Monday, May 1: After a lovely breakfast of regional specialties, we’ll head out for our first ride, which will be light to moderate for all groups. You’ll be able to get acclimated on your bike while enjoying the spectacular scenery of the arrière pays grassois. We’ll stop for lunch and coffee during our ride before heading back in time to enjoy the afternoon at the villa or your hotel. Non-cycling participants are welcome to do a morning yoga session, followed by a trip to the seaside. Sunset yoga will be offered to the entire group. We’ll have dinner next door at the Michelin starred restaurant in the Hotel Bastide St Antoine.

Tuesday, May 2: This will be a longer day on the bike for everyone. The Moyen and Grand Parcours groups will ride part of the Ironman Nice course, which includes some great mountain passes like the Col de l’Ecre and the Col de Vence, while the Petit Parcours group will do a shorter ride to visit some of the medieval villages in the area. Morning yoga will be offered to non-cycling participants. We’ll have dinner at a local restaurant with regional specialties.

Wednesday, May 3: We’ll have a relaxing breakfast, followed by morning yoga and an optional group recovery ride. Cyclists can speed up their recovery with a massage by our partners at Lior massages. In the afternoon, the entire group will head to Monaco, where we will have a VIP visit of Monte Carlo and the Palais de Monaco before cocktails and dinner.

Thursday, May 4: The Petit Parcours group will have another lovely day of cycling in the area. The Moyen and Grand Parcours groups will have an epic day of cycling, which will include the legendary Col de la Madone. The Grand Parcours group will leave from our accommodations in Grasse for a 140-160km ride, while the Moyen Parcours group is transferred to Nice to start a scenic 70-100km ride. We’ll have dinner at a fine local restaurant.

Friday, May 5: After fueling up on a nutritious breakfast, all cycling groups will leave for a ride along the coast. The Moyen and Grand Parcours groups will head into the hills after some scenic seaside kilometers, while the Petit Parcours group will stay by the water. Non-cycling participants will have morning yoga and a chance to go shopping in Grasse. Cycling participants will be able to take advantage of our evening yoga session before we have a convivial group dinner at the villa.

Saturday, May 6: For our grand finale ride, we will head to the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon National Park. All cycling groups will enjoy the spectacular scenery in this magical setting. We’ll have a mid-ride lunch before returning to Grasse. Non-cycling participants can spend the day relaxing at the villa and doing yoga, or request an alternate activity to be coordinated. We’ll have our final dinner together at one of the best restaurants in town, famous for its Mediterranean cuisine and pizza.

Sunday, May 7:  We’ll have a goodbye brunch at the villa before departure to the airport.
